New Version of Visa Application Form of the People's Republic of China (Form V.2013, access by http://www.chinese-embassy.org.za/eng/lqfw/guidelines/df/) will come into use on Sep. 1, 2013. All visa applicants are required to use the new Form from Sep.1, 2013. The old Form ( Form V. 2011A) will not be accepted until Oot.1,2013.Please fill out the form truthfully, completely and clearly. Improperly completed forms may delay the processing of the visa application.
