On February 20, ADV THYS GILIOMEE, Municipal Manager of the Mossel Bay Municipality, sent a letter to express appreciation to the Chinese Consulate in Cape Town for attendance and participation the 2018 Dias & Port Festival. In the letter, he also extended gratitude to the Consulate for assistance in arranging the participation of the Hua Xing Arts Troupe, saying that their performance was a highlight of the festival.
