On Oct.11, Consul General Kang Yong and Mrs. Kang attended the Annual Senior Citizens Lunch held by the Western Province Chinese Association. Consul General Kang was given an orientation of the Chinese Community Center and briefed on the developments of the Association by Mr. Patrick Chong, chairman of the Chinese Association of South Africa, and Mr. Robert Wong, chairman of the Western Province Chinese Association.
